Jimmy Owens of Newport, TN, won the 40-lap World of Outlaws Late Model feature at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds. 

A packed house was on hand for the World of Outlaws' show.

Fan favorite Brian Birkhofer made his triumphant return to Davenport.
